Something my Sergant said to me once. "Know the difference between pain and injury, pain is temporary."
I also like "That's not sweat, it's your fat cells crying" lol0 -

And when I'm running: "The faster you run, the faster you're done" and "I run for beer."0 -

Food wise, my motto is "Just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD"
-Just because I may have the calories for a bowl of ice cream doesn't mean I should have it!
For everything else; "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence; therefore, is not an act but a habit"0 -

Fortunately, it doesn't dissuade me. And then I get the post run glow and I start to think it's really not so bad. Sadly, about a mile into the next day's run, I'm usually reduced to "this sucks" again.0 -

Im healthier today, then i was yesterday.
For those complaining about not losing weight: Your getting healthier everyday, the weightloss will come.
for those complaining about losing inches and not weight: everyone sees the inches lost, your the only one that sees the number on the scale.
Those complaining about a cheat meal or day: If one meal or day messes up your progress, than your not working hard enough.0 -
