Just curious what do you all like to listen to when you work out?

I work out at home and crank some HIP-HOP real loud!! It just gets me moving...
(my neighbors might hate me though, LOL)

I have a long and varied list, it just depends on the day and how motivated (or unmotivated) I am. I've got anything from Pantera to Lady Gaga to Michael Jackson playing when I work out.

I have a running playlist that keeps me moving -

Jet - Are You Gonna Be My Girl
    Switchfoot - Bullet Soul
Persephone's Bees - City of Love
    Switchfoot - The Sound
Talking Heads - Burning Down The House
Bon Jovi - Livin' On A Prayer
Oingo Boingo - Who Do You Want To Be
    Switchfoot - The Original
    Switchfoot - Rise Above It
    Teddybears - Cobrastyle
    U2 - Vertigo

Put it on shuffle and off I go!

If I'm doing weight lifting I like to listen to really soft, relaxing music.

Like Mazzy Star - Into Dust
    or Slipknot - Snuff
    Mad world... etc

Black Eyed Peas, Lady Gaga and 90's rap always seem to get me going...

Last night at the gym it was all about Florence & The Machine. "Dog Days Are Over" always gets me moving.

My current playlist consists of Skrillex, Metallica, Green Day, Knife Party, and some other 80s metal bands + dubstep artists. I love dubstep when I'm weight lifting and I love heavy metal when I'm doing cardio (pumps me up).
