Take a deep breath and take sometime alone where there isn't any food and just sit. Be still. I don't know if you have a Bible, but there's a book of Psalms in there (towards the middle of the Bible) that are great for meditation. I think that you're stuck at this plataeu because you're trying so hard to get out of it. Ed and Ana are getting in your head and trying to keep you where you are because, well, they want to keep you miserable however that may be.
Go volunteer or something and get your mind off food for a while. I know this isn't easy. But when we are so focused on ourselves we get trapped in ourselves. By meditating on the Psalms you're going to be opening your mind and eyes that you are not God, so you don't have to make yourself perfect. He takes care of you if you let Him. He has a standard for you that is NOT the same as it is for yourself. Sometimes we just want how much we weigh to matter so much, but it really doesn't. It matters that we are healthy, but be patient with yourself-that'll come. In the meantimes, know that you don't have to be perfect today, or ever for that matter. No human has acheived perfection, none will. But Jesus is perfect, and He offers to cover over us like a royal robe and usher us into His kingdom, into the family of God, into a light of life and freedom, true life and freedom....freedom from Ed and Ana as well as freedom from ourselves!0 -
