I was really hungry this morning, I sauteed some onions, green peppers and a couple of eggs, and some asparagus, earlier I had a banana. I used up about 450 calories, so I will have to eat light the rest of the day and get my exercise in.
Now my stomach is upset, no more large breakfast for me:sick:0 -

I eat this every weekday because I'm at work during breakfast (9:50 a.m.) and it's easier and healthier to do instant oatmeal than some other things AND it's usually the only thing that keeps me full until noon. Then it's my lunch time!0 -
Omelet with two whole eggs and a bit of fat free cheddar cheese, and one cup of vanilla soy milk. When I was a kid, I was allergic to eggs and have only recently discovered that I'm able to eat them again so I've been taking advantage of that lately :laugh: I find that they keep me full longer than cereal, my old breakfast fave0
