    Thank you so much for sharing, this is so inspiring! I am on pretty much exactly the same road you just took. I am between 5'6 and 5'7 and I am 155 right now, hope to get to 130. It's great to see the big difference a small(er) loss can have. Sometimes it's discouraging when you don't have a ton to lose and therefore aren't losing as fast as some of the people that have more to lose. Thanks for your post!

    It is discouraging sometime! We didn't start at a huge number so the weight comes off slower, and very easy to plateau... but believe in yourself hun, you can do it!!!

    You look fantastic! 133lbs looks perfectly fit and healthy. I agree with others that dropping another 10lbs looks unnecessary --- but then again keep in mind that's just my two cents.
