Hi, just wanted some feedback on the couch to 5k app or a similar app? Wanted to know what it's like before I buy it, is it any good if you have never really ran before?
Thanks :-)
Thanks :-)

I love it. Now, im a big girl, and its hard, but totally worth it. I have done it twice now, and the first time I made it all the way thru. Then I got lazy again and had to restart it. Its hard, but works.0

I just started this week. I like that it prompts you to run, walk, etc so you don't have to keep track of the time.0

I used to run years ago. I'd started after I was in good shape so it was an easy transition. I liked it a lot at the time.
Getting into shape to run is awful IMO. I have to push myself to do it. A few years ago I used the C25K program and it worked. It eases you in to running. You can repeat weeks if you need to. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in running. The apps are nice because they tell you when to run or walk instead of having to keep track of time.0 -

I'm using MiCoach at the moment. I'm really enjoying using it, helps being told when to change speed etc. It was free and once you have an account you can set up different programmes, so I've set up a 5k training schedule on there.0

I have coach 5k and that was free and the exact same program as C25k!0
