    I'm definitely not the youngest here, and I don't lose weight super quick, but steady gets results! YOU CAN DO THIS!

    P.S. The weight that you put for 04/09 is also your current weight (on the format). So your goal will be whatever is on 04/09 (and "current weight") to your "challenge goal weight". Does that make sense? The "current weight" won't change, after this week. It is your starting weight for this challenge. That's why you are using the same weight as 04/09 since that is the start date of our challenge.

    Shoot! Since April 2nd, I've lost 2.5 lbs! I won't get to count it if our starting weights are as of April 9th! :sad: Oh, well, at least I've lost them!! :laugh: I'll just have to keep on working on it from the start date!

    What's the guidelines to the challenge? I'd like to try, but I wanted to know HOW we are doing this challenge?

    I just started a new diet program today and have been doing turbo fire for two weeks. Next week I will continue back with my 3x a week running regime.

    My current weight is 200
    Goal Weight: 185
    I guess my challenge weight will be 190?

    I've been struggling to lose weight-been on a non-weight-loss plateau for over a year, so I'm just going to start small for now. My weigh-ins will be Friday mornings.

    I lose slowly, and get frustrated if I don't meet goals, so I need to make them really, really attainable. Hence , 10 lbs in 12 weeks. I'll do a "just-for-this" weigh in on Mondays to keep up with y'all.

    I have been really stuck for around 2 months now, hopefully this can shake it loose for me!! I am really, really close to my original goal (140) and would like to see 135, so I hope that this is attainable :bigsmile:

    I'm using your "notepad" tip since I lost my "weigh in form" somewhere along the way in the last challenge. I'm so excited by my goal!! That brings me pretty close to onederland!! I so hope I can get there. I'm not sure at what point the loss slows down so I'm going to have to really work at it to stay on track. Here's hoping!
