I love the 3 mile walk! I use the DVD during the week, when I'm too tired to make it the gym after a 10+ hour day. I know all the dialogue now and you really break into a sweat.0

I am all for this! My personal goal is 3 miles a day so that equates to 18miles a week.

Since last time I checked in I have 33 miles. I got a new pedometer and programmed it for actual step length so now miles are more accurate.0

me & 3 coworkers have done 3 miles a day/5 days a week/for the past 3 months (probably only missed 1 day) and are going strong. Do you have someone to walk with? it makes all the difference0
