Hi can anyone help me, I eat mainly a vegetarian diet no red meat, no fish and I only eat a little chicken now and then, My main meals tend to be veg packed but I struggle to fit in more protein without being fat filled. Can anyone make me suggestions I am probably looking for foods on the go, snack food items. Thanks :flowerforyou:

soy protein drinks, baked beans are generally 20g protein per tin,,,, but you are looking at beans and seeds mainly0

i tend to rely on qourn 'meat or supermarket-own meat-style things. Barely any fat and carbs and very high protein!

Protein powder is the obvious and you could make your own protein bars.
Otherwise, google the Chocolate Covered Katie blog - she does healthy twists of treats like brownies etc using chickpeas and beans and healthy sugars. That should get you started on some high protein treats.0 -
Fage Total 0% yogurt (Add fruit or honey, though. It tastes horrible on its own!!)0
-
bean, lentils, quinoa and nuts (yes they're a bit higher in fat but really good for you)0
