Can anyone suggest a good stretching DVD?
I'm doing 30DS (and I think I'll alternate it with Ripped in 30 for a little variety), and after doing just ONE session I was sore for daysss. Now, I know I *will* be sore at first because I'm really out of shape, but I think a little more stretching might help.
TIA

Jillian Michaels has a yoga DVD that I like a lot. Its a bit more intense then relaxing yoga but I enjoy it.0

I think the ones put out by the company GAIAM tend to be really good, and teach you great form which is the most important thing.
