Birthday calories ARE in fact negative calories. Look it up. So the 2000 that I've had today don't count... Get over it.

  • What about for your UN-birthday? Do those count too?

negative calories are a misnomer because their outlook on life has nothing to do with their digestive properties. Some of those calories could be downright chipper.

  • I don't count them.. I usually end up having one too many drinks and they all end up coming up at the end of the night anyways! HEHE.

I am deeply offended by this callous disregard for the truth! Don't you know there are thouisands of people on this website who will look to this post, see the assertion that birthday calories don't count and eat themselves to death on their birthdays? Is that what you want? IS IT?

I don't think so, and that's why I have reported you as having a brutal indifference for the well-being of the greater MFP community and for posting possibly dangerous information.

The very idea of "negative calories"!

*tut tutting in a generally superior tone*

They aren't really negative, it's just that the act of turning another year older burns so many calories. 2000 is a conservative estimate.

Every party has a pooper, that's why you invited me. Cause really - joking about that is terrible. SOOO many have issues with bulimia and i don't think they'd find that amusing.

I eat 3500 negative calories over maintenance on my birthday to get my weekly deficit out of the way, so I can eat more the rest of the week.

I've heard they are only truly negative if eaten outside standing up. The effort you have to put in to stay warm/cool and stay standing burns way more calories than are in cake.

I had bulimia for such a long time (20 years plus) and I laughed so hard that I wee'd a little. Don't be that guy. The humour police suck.

It is not funny to make fun of those with incontinence. Only Depends ads are allowed to do that.

    That makes much more sense!
