OK, got the pic to show up.
Here is my first before / during picture. I am 1/3 of the way to my goal. I started the diet Jan 31st and I've lost 41 lbs. I have an intermediate goal of 60 lbs lost by the time I leave for summer vacation June 7th. Overall goal is to weigh under 220 which would have me losing close to 120 lbs.
