    I'm joining in on this challenge. I graduate May 8th, so this is a perfect challenge for me!

    I'm going to do the 75 miles.

    Today was a great day for Exercise:
    10 mile spinning class
    2 mile run/walk only 73 left..

    This wasn't bad for my first Serious day out. Now I just need to get my meals under controll..

    Well, it seems that I have hurt my lower back somehow. Much pain. On steroids, muscle relaxers,
    and pain med. I was doing so good with my exercise and food log. Now, I seem to be feeling
    sorry for myself and eating yogurt covered pretzels for snack and pizza for supper.
    Not able to go for my walk and have been ordered to be off work for 3 days. Sooooo

    Left to go: 61.0 miles

    I guess I'll go for the 75 miles Walking/Running.

    This is what I've done to date.

    April 8- 5 Mile Hike
    April 9- 2 Mile Walk
    April 10- 2 Mile Walk

    Late start, but no problem. 66 Miles To GO!

    I just saw this thread/challenge and looked back over my journal of miles walked since the start on the 2nd....wish I had seen this earlier!
    Since the rules stated that we don't get to make up weeks, here is my walk for 4/10: 2.5 miles

    My goal is walking 75 miles
    I have 72.5 mi to go!

    This is my first post!
    Even though i am a bit behind, i love the idea of this, so i am going to join!

    I'm going to do a combined walk/cycle for 75 miles (120km for me being an Aussie) as i am undergoind knee treatment and some days it is too painful to use the stationary bike. However i don't want to let this stop me!

    Just wondering what the best way people have found to track their walks? I don't have an iphone (have a Nokia N8) and am not sure of the easiest way to do it?
