Juicing and serving size

What is a serving size for juicing? Is it a cup/ 8oz?
Been trying the juicing thing....tried a new recipe for each time I have juiced. There is only one that I like and actually drank the whole thing...which was 16 oz. The others, I was barely able to get down 8oz.
My fav so far is the mean green:
Kale
cucumber
celery
green apples
lemon
and a piece of ginger.

No one out there eh? No one that knows apparently.
Well, I looked it up myself
For anyone else who has wondered...it is suggested that a good serving size for juicing, juice is 6oz.0 -
Does this serving size apply when fasting on juice only? i.e. all day juicing - breakfast, lunch, and dinner w/water in between. My friends at work did a 30 day juice fast with her serving sizes at 32ozs per meal with lots of water in between, seems like too much juice per serving to me, but I might be wrong.
