MY DIARY IS OPEN. What am I missing in my plan for tomorrow

I'm going to the store tomorrow. What should I get besides the stuff I already eat?? Please help. Thank you in advance!

    Definitely looks like a yummy day tomorrow! Maybe some more dairy in the morning? Yogurt, cheese, milk or something like that.

    Nuts, beans, dairy, ground flax seed or lsa ,spices, whole wheat tortilla not multigrain

    Added goat cheese to breakfast and kidney beans to pre-workout quinoa.

    I'd add an egg in there - maybe hard boiled with the salad. It'll get you a bit more protein for about 70 calories. Or else add a slice of ham or chicken to the rice cake.

    Pescetarian, so I'll go with the egg. I'm usually over on protein if nothing else, though.
