Any apple shaped women flat stomach success stories?

I'm in dire need of motivation! I'm apple shaped - skinny legs, thighs and arms with a protruding belly. I have a slightly large belly which I want to get rid of! All I want is a 27 inch waist and a somewhat flat stomach. Any apples out there who were successful in losing inches and fat around their waist and stomach?

Totally understand where you are coming from, and I have exactly the same problem... Try Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred with a low sugar, high protein diet (still in MFP guidelines). Totally helped me change shape, although you might not lose weight, I definitely lost 3 inches off my waist!0 -
I'm not, but I have a friend who's an Apple shape. She does lots of Zumba and spinning classes.0
