My weight lost so far I think is solely due to getting back on track and counting my calories, keeping up with the site, etc. Just being aware of my calories seems to be enough to help me lose weight. (Yes, I know, two pounds isn't a lot, but it's two out of ten, maybe fifteen, so it's a lot to me).0 -
