I have found that since I started exercising five days a week and eating healthy foods, my cravings have almost completely gone away. When I do get the urge to munch, I will eat sunflower seeds or something else that take a long time to eat, and some tea.0

Hi there. I just started tracking my progress here but am no stranger to losing weight. I have found that taking the following supplement after dinner and after breakfast is helpful in curving my hunger. Not sure if it has the same affect on everyone but its worked wonders for curbing my appitite.
-Fish, Flaxseed, Borage Oil ,Omega 3,6,9..its a softgel capsule, the bottle comes with 120- I got the "Spring Valley" name brand from Walmart.0 -
It's hard to know without seeing your food diary. Maybe you're not getting enough fiber, protein, and/or healthy fat, or maybe you need to eat your exercise calories? Maybe your weekly weight loss goal is set too high, etc.0
