    Wow, you look great. You are an inspiration. I did the same thing, woke up one day and said I can do this and I have been ever since that day. It has to be a lifestyle change not just a diet.

    Thank you!! How I did it was the old fashion way. Exercise and eat healthy. I basically changed my lifestyle overnight, cold turkey. I woke and said "I'm going to do this!" and I did it!!
