    Hi, my goal is walking/ running 75 miles
    April 7th- 5 miles
    April 8th- 2 miles
    April 10th- 2 miles

    66 miles to go!

    Got in 3.5 miles last night to total 31.50 -- 68.50 to go :bigsmile:

    I just did the math for the remaining days of the challenge so I could pace myself. I need to walk 2.9 mi/day to make my 75 miles--since I started 8 days late :)
    I am going to aim for 3 miles today!

    4/10/12 Run/walk 2 miles
    Found another spinning class to go to, so excited.

    Run/walk - 75 - 4.38 = 70.2 miles left.. I better get moving. I need to do about 4 miles per day (Sunday is rest day) I might make it.
    Spinning - 150 - 10 = 140 This one won't be a problem. I average 20 a week and soon to average 40.

    NO PRESSURE..... :grumble:

    This week has been a wash for running
    Gym was closing on Wednesday night so I only managed to get 1 mile in on the treadmill.

    Monday: 40 lengths
    Wednesday: 50 Lengths

    StayFITTer: 59 More Miles to Run and 490 More lengths to swim!

    i am in I know that i have started this a little late, all the more challenge!!! my cardio of choice is the elliptical!!! 100 miles here i come!!!

    4/10 ~ 2.5 mi
    4/11 ~ 3.1mi
    4/12 ~ 2.5MI

    ONLY 91.90 MI to go :)

    Wow! You Guys and Gals are doing AMAZING WORK!

    Week #2 Was a wash for me in the Running Department. Only 3 miles total *YIKES*
    BUT I kinda got Rock Star Status. I completed my 1st 1 mile swim in the pool on Saturday!

    Week # 2 -- April 9nd --
    Mon: 40 lengths
    Tue: No personal workout
    Wed:Ran 1 mile/ 50 lengths
    Thur: 2 mile run
    Fri: 40 lengths
    Sat: 64 lengths/ 1 mile swim
    Sun: Rest Day

    Overall
