Bacon Wrapped - Spinach & Feta Stuffed Chicken

I posted I ate this on my profile and several friends asked for the recipe. So here goes. I got it from allrecipes.com and modified a little.
4 chicken breasts (mine were about 3.5 ou each)
1/2 cup Feta
1/4 cup Mayo (I used light)
1/4 cup sour cream (again - I used light)
1 pkg frozen spinach - thawed and SQUEEEEEEZED of all excess water
4 slices center cut bacon
I pounded out my chicken - or you could also cut a slit in it to make a pocket to stuff it. I just pound mine flat and big and sort of fold it over the stuffing?
I also seasoned my chicken breasts with s&p and garlic poweder.
Mix the feta, mayo, sour cream and spinach to make the stuffing. Put some s&p and garlic powder in here too.
Then stuffed the chicken. And wrapped a piece of bacon around each.
Baked in shallow dish - covered - at 375 for about 45 min. More or less depending on how thick your chicken is.
When it came out - the chicken was pale and the bacon wasn't crispy. So I got a HOT skillet and quick browned it on all sides.
Holy crap - it was good.

It really sounds good. I wish I didn't love bacon so much. I am trying to eat it anymore. It isn't kosher.0
