    That cool i love the transformation. Question when you first started did you lose weight immediately or did it take awhile I am losing hope cause I track all my food progress and eat good but i not losing any weight any suggestion and i work out twice a day maybe lost 2 lbs but i don't know how many inches i hear that what you lose first.

    I kept it slow and steady most of the time. 2 pounds a week was pretty normal for me. Sometimes 1 pound one week and then 3 pounds the next. I didn't measure myself initially so I didn't keep really good track of my inches lost. The Beachbody Coach I'm signed up under has a great article on her website http://heatherfoltz.com/?p=647
