I totally made these today, but used BROWN sugar instead. They were gluten free and non dairy (if anyone needs to watch those things) and they were DELICIOUS. so fluffy and melt in your mouth.
I baked at 350 for 8-10 mins (9 was perfect for my oven) on a nongreased cookie sheet.
My batch made 25 cookies at 90 cals each (10 carb, 2 protein, 1 fiber, 5 fat)
This is a MUST TRY recipe. Very very good! Thanks for mentioning it, Calroseangelo!0 -

My grandmother used to make those all the time. I'm not sure that much sugar is "healthy" but it's better than adding butter and flour for sure.
I bet you could use granulated Splenda for baking (or stevia, or the like) and it would be low sugar.0 -
maybe honey instead of sugar?0

I'm actually considering making these right now or at the very least sometime tomorrow. Does anyone have any idea how many grams of sugar each cookie has with this recipe? I'm on a low sugar diet but I adore peanut butter.0

No flour? Interesting. About how many calories are in these?
Edit: Never mind, I just re-read the first post.0 -
