What is your favorite muscle??

Mine personally is my obliques... I'm always poking them and making people feel them now. I have never had them before and am so proud of them. My other favorite muscle isn't on my body, lol :wink: :blushing:

    The muscles along each side of the spine are called paraspinal muscles. They give that 'dip' effect in the back and down to the sacrum.
