hello all, seem to be eating the same type of foods all the time, and although am losing the weight which am sooooooo happy about think i should be a bit more adventurous...! also eating lots of crisps so kind of looking for new healthy snacky bits which are low in cals - any one got any ideas ? xx:wink:

    Low fat popcorn. It's a whole grain and low in calories.

    Rice cakes or Ryvita, with whatever you like best on top - I like Marmite, peanut butter, cottage cheese, humous, low-fat cheddar, pickled beetroot (not all at once!).

    Wasabi peas work for me. They are so damned spicy I can't eat many at one sitting!
