I'm 5'2 and my goal is to be around 125; however ideally it's my body fat % I want down to around 20% no matter the # on the scale.0
-
Probably 110 or 115. I'm 125 right now, but I've lost absolutely no weight since February.0

At 125 now so close but as u other shorties know 5lbs is a lot for us to gain/lose and is very difficult!0 -

I am 5'3" and my goal is 150. I have areas that are not going to disappear unless I get surgery so this will be about as low as I can get. Even in HS my thinnest was 118 and that was really skinny for me.0

it's been very hard loosing,i started at 142 oct 22nd. currently 131. i can't seem to get past 130.8... i will be happy just to be 130, no more then 132 ever. if i can get under 130, i will be very excited and emotionally satisfied... i am working more so on just toning instead of the scale right now.0 -
5'3, got down to 137 and was pretty happy with that until I moved for uni and as of this morning weigh 180.6. Right now I'd just like to get back to my previous low weight and hover around 135. I have learned a lot about the way I need to eat and work out so I think 130 might be within reach but I'm not sure that's something I can maintain. We'll see when I get closer!0

I'm 5'4" and started out at a whopping 326. My eating habits had spiraled out of control. I've never been small all my life. I've struggled with obesity since middle school. Last April, I drastically changed my diet and began exercising. I'm now down to 246, but my goal is 140-150. I hope to be down to that in another year. 106 pounds to go. Seems so far away....0

I will say that when determining your goal weight you should definately look at your frame size as well as height. I never realized until a few weeks ago how different 135 can look on 2 people both 5'3, but one small frame and one medium frame. Last summer my friend who is small frame 5'3" was at her highest of 135(post pregnancy), I also 5' 3" but medium frame standing next to her in a pic probably about 145-150 at the time look skinnier than her. She now is currently 104 and looks healthy, I know if I dropped 40 more lbs I would look like a skelaton! Just something to keep in mind.
Here are 2 sites I used to determine my goal:

I'm 5'3 and a flabby 135-or-so pounds. While I don't really rely on the scale too much anymore, I would like to be realistically a fit 125 pounds.0

I'M 5'2" AND MY GOAL WEIGHT WOULD BE 125-130 BUT TONED. STILL HAVE 20 MORE BABY FAT POUNDS TO LOSE AND MY CHILD IS THREE. I DON'T KNOW WHY I WAITED SO LONG TO GET MY BODY BACK. NOW I'M REGRETTING IT.:ohwell:0

Big group here! Gosh we should start a 5'0" to 5'4" group!0
-
I'm 5'2" and I want to be back at about 120-125, which is what I weighed in high school0
-
I used to care a lot about weight, and want to get down to my old weight of 105-110. Now I am more toned, in better shape--but I weigh more. I'd rather reduce my body fat percentage and not look at what the scale says!0
-
hi..m 5'3"..my CW is 150 lbs now and wud love to loose 38 lbs more..so that i may look as I was before.0
-
A while back I heard this rule of thumb for what one should weigh, and remember, this is just a guideline..it is: 100 lbs for the first five feet of height, and 5 lbs for each inch over five feet, PLUS or minus 10%.
So a 5'3" person would be 115-137.
I am 5'3" and at one time I did weight 115, but I also looked good at 125. Now I'll be happy to get down to 130.
One must, of course, take into consideration bone structure - some people are just built smaller or larger than others.
I hope this doesn't spark a firestorm of arguments because really, each of us is different in size, shape, and goals. We need to do what makes us happy.0 -
5'3" here and goal weight is 125-130.0
-
I'd love to know how many calories you are eating each day since I'm 5'3" and can't figure out how many I should be eating.0
-
im 5'3.5' an my goal is 1250
-
Ideally I would like to get down to 135-140-however if I am 145 and my body fat is 18 or below I will be completely happy with that, for me it's more than what the scale reads....a better goal is that I want to be a size 6.0
-
Around 120 pounds but we'll see when I get closer. Might stop at 130 if I like how I look and feel.0
-
i'm 5'2 goal is 120 but trying for 150 for now, then reevaluating it, my LBM is 126 so I dont believe 120 will happen lol0
-
I'm 5.3 with rounding and I am shooting for 150 fit and toned. One of trainer friends told me 160 so we'll see how I net out. Brothers like us with a little meat on our bones so I am going to give it my best and be happy with the results!! LOL0
-
104 lbs. Then I'd like to start working out.0
-
My current weight is 116lbs and my goal weight is 100lbs. But since I've been working out and seen a dramatic difference in muscle tone and inches lost without any significant changes on the scale, I have decided that it is okay not to reach that goal. The important thing is to me is to just look and feel better overall.0
