Lately this seems to be the hot topic on the boards about eating more and strength training to get results. A friend passed this article along to me and I thought it was quite good. No, it's not scientific, but anecdotal, but I think everyone else on here that has seen these results would concur that it is possible that the true secret is to build muscle, not starve yourself!
Enjoy! :drinker:

Oh my Gah....she is my new hero! I love lifting heavy and eating more food. I have a lot of fat to lose still so Iam lifting while I lose to help retain my 148 pounds of lean body mass. I hope I can deadlift 200 soon too...I am so close!0

really awesome article! I have been lifting heavy for 2 months now and have had seriously amazing results! I have lost 7 lbs and have dropped two whole clothing sizes. I am NOT at my lowest weight but I am the tinyset I've ever been as an adult
I eat 2000-2500 calories a day
thanks for sharing...this is the truth!0 -
