Pregnancy ( braxton hicks question )

Hi guys! Just have a question wanted to see if anyone has any answers on here. Can you experience braxton hicks in your lower back? I never had them with my first pregnancy so i'm not sure what they feel like anyway but the last couple days i've been getting pains either strictly in my back or pains that go from my abdomen straight to my back ( kind of like a stabbing pain that goes straight through) I go to the doc again on monday so i'll talk to her but I figured I would see if any of you had any insight.

I drove to my doctor's office with pregnancy #2 6 weeks before my due date because I thought I was having Braxton Hicks (didn't have them with #1). When I got there, I was dialated to 6 and had my twins an hour later by c-section. If you aren't sure, call your doc and see if you need to get checked out. But call first.

Okay, thanks! They haven't been real regular or anything so that should be a good sign.lol I hope it's just braxton hicks! I still have 35 days to go. If they start getting worse i'll definately call my doctor!

When I had braxton hicks contractions it was almost like a blood pressure cuff around my belly - it was like some one was squeezing a little tighter each time and then relaxing (I hope that makes sense lol)....ummm the pains I got in my back were from real labour, definitely call your doctor if they get stronger or don't go away!!
