    I'm 5'2, 160 lbs, and I started out at 1200 six months ago and nothing happened so I increased to 1540.

    I'm 5 feet tall and female. I eat about 1000-1200 calories a day. I also exercise a lot.

    1800, give or take 50. That includes my exercise calories. However, I eat that much on my rest days too. I like food. :bigsmile:

    I workout 3-7 days depending on the week, some weeks I need more exercise
    to compensate for food lol.
    I net 1550 and an losing a pound a week, so far

    I wasn't losing anything either eating little (1500 calories) than I increased my calorie intake to 2800 and now I'm losing. I eat my BMR +30% since I exercise 3-5 times per week. I try to NET at least my BMR. But I'm a pretty big guy 6'4 362 pounds now.
    Seems to be working. Only my second week tho but it got me unstuck.

    I eat all my calories back; I typically consume 2500-4000 a day. Need to control this if I ever slow my exercise rate.

    1500 is my goal... after exercise, I try to keep my net calories at 1200-1400
