    Having only joined this site/app, I decided to take a few photos on myself last night, and I really brought home how I have let myself go the last few years, hint of muffin top, hint of MOOB(shocking). Couldn;t post them, kids would get scared, but its a real good motivator. Its easy to look at yourself in a suit in the mirror and look good, different ball game with the top off
