    Silly NSV: I was able to fit into the stock size bridesmaid dress and the bridal store! (It wasn't comfortable, but it zipped!)

    NSV- Fitting in to a pair of jeans I inherited from my mom (she's cool, there good jeans) after she lost a bunch of weight. I inherited the jeans ooooooh.... 5 years ago? Have held on to them because I was always annoyed I couldn't fit into my mom's FAT JEANS! So I said I would keep them until I could fit in them, and now I can :)

    4/6- 82.4 1 lb, right on target!
    4/13- 81.8 1 lb! Don't know how this happened, I think I ate a pound of chocolate!

    Totally forgot to log on Sunday. And have been so busy with everything this is the first chance I have had. I really wish we could see do this from our phones. I would post all the time :)!! Will post again Sunday hopefully!! Unless I forget. I am glad I saw a loss. Hopefully I can keep this going!! 3.5 lbs to go!!

    NSV - I actually like my strength training class! I've taken it 2 x a week since October! Never have I stuck with exercise!

    Ok, I'm back to where I was in mid-March, now the next pounds I lose will be for the first time for an all-time post-baby low, instead of losing the same pounds for the second or third time...

    I booked a trip to visit my sister in June (8 weeks away), and she has challenged me to lose 5 more pounds before then. I adjusted the goal to 6 pounds, since that would bring me to 136, which is the top of the "healthy" BMI range. (I'm 5'2".)

    I'm in a little shock here. I realized why I gained almost two lbs last week. Poor food choices and TOM certainly were the top two. But now to have this! OMG. Plateau...stay away!

    @usborne, thanks much for your tip about eating half of your exercise calories. Such a good physical and psychological mind set!

    Ok, the plateau prayer was effective! :) New Goal: 8.5 lbs for April!

    I did this for March and dropped 4 pounds in the month. Find this challenge very motivating and inspiring to see other's stories, struggles and achievements too!!

    NSV: Being able to do several push-ups in plank position rather than on my knees! Huge victory for me!!
