    Fruit is usually the best thing to have. When you eat processed junkie food with a lot of sugar they effect your dreams so that nightmares become more prevalent plus fruit has natural sugars that the body is able to breakdown easier, dried fruits are also very tasty. :)

    my favorite faux indulgence is lite vanilla yogurt (80 cal), stirred together with an envelope of Swiss Miss 25 calorie hot cocoa mix. Very creamy, chocolaty and only 105 calories!
