Oly/Lifting Shoes

Don't have any but I know a lot of people at the box wear Reebok... even before Reebox jumped on the CrossFit band wagon hahaha.

I know Nike has a pair and one of the girls I train with loves them. Most people use Pendlay Do-Win shoes and recommend them. Probably what I'm going to get soon

Nike does have Oly shoes, and Adidias has been a big player in this space for a long time.. You will notice that the good shoes from either of these brands is about $200.. I personally use the Pendlay shoes. which you can pick up for just over $100. I am VERY happy with the shoes, it did take me a little getting used to the heel on squats, and snatches but it feels very natural and comfortable now.
