Its been a up and down week for me, been fighting (and losing) cravings but have been managing the exercise to lose 2lbs this week. Just passed 3/4 of my overall weight goal loss and I'm 6kg/14lbs away from a healthy BMI... I'll be counting them down one by one until I get there.

This weekend has had my grandparent's wedding anniversary, mine and my sis's birthday (well, that's today) and my Uncle's birthday (tomorrow) celebrations so been lots of cakes and sweet foods about. I'm guessing that's why the gain although I was being careful not to eat over my cal count. Trying to remind myself 1 bad weekend is not a total disaster and the end of everything.
