    I'm 41 years young, working to get my early 20's body back, feeling more fitter now than I have done in years!
    Exercise was a dirty word to me, but I suddenly found it and love it! <3

    I am 44 yrs old, feel 35, sometimes act 21. LOL just kidding I have lost 30 pounds since january only 17 on MFP. I couldn't do it without Jesus, he is my personal trainer. I am a christian woman that Loves the Lord more then anything in this world, I use God's word to encourage those around me, as well as myself. You can add me if you like.

    people expect you to look like the cryptkeeper once you get over 35 or something :laugh:

    Am in the best shape of my life, and the smallest I can ever remember being! Can keep up with all the 20 somethings in my Kung Fu school...and proud of it!

    Addicted to exercise (mainly because I'm also addicted to food!)

    Love seeing all these fit and fabulous people on here! You all look amazing and are inspirations!
