    44 in a month.. have lost 28 lbs with MFP in the last 3 months... putting me back to my weight at age 33 (what I weighed when I found out I was pregnant with my third and last child). Now, I'm working on the next 10lbs which will wipe out another 1 1/2 years and put me back to age 32 and what I weighed when I found out I was pregnant with my 2nd child!

    I turn 39 in Aug. I've been on the weight roller-coaster for a long time. I have a rheumatoid-type arthritis in my back and other joints that makes maintaining my weight difficult. When I feel good, I work out a lot. When I'm in pain, which can last for weeks, I don't do anything. Last year I lost 35 pounds, but had a 4 month episode of pain (and doing my dissertation didn't help) where I gained 20 pounds back. My doctor has changed my medications and am in a period where I feel pretty good. In the past 2 months I have gotten back to 4 days/week of working out and have lost 7 pounds. If the medicine keeps working, I hope to be back to the weight (167) I was last summer after losing the 35 pounds.
