I have been doing the JM 30DS on level 2 for 5 days..(I did level 1 for 10 days). I seemed to have pulled a muscle in my stomach or did something, it is on the lower part of my stomach on the left side. It hurts when i do the walking push ups, and sit ups, cough, sneeze, or laugh...I can do the aerobic part no problem...I've "rested" it for 3 days and it hasn't made it any better...
question is, has this happened to anyone else? and would it be a pulled muscle or something else...i've never had this happen before...just wondering if it could be something more serious..thanks

Could just be a pulled muscle, could be something more serious like a hernia. We have absolutely no way of knowing, so my advice is please see a doctor just to be on the safe side! Good luck and speedy recovery :flowerforyou:0

Hello, I also did the JM30DS for about 6 days, I had exreme right leg and knee pain, I also had lower right bikini line pain. I freaked out and went to my doctor because I thought it might be my ovaries or uterus. I had an ultrasound and a bunch of tests done and everything came back okay. Since stopping the JM workout my leg got better (took about 3.5 weeks).
I am now convinced that I tore some leg muscles and thats what was causing the pain. I have not gone back to that DVD And do not plan on it.
It could be a pulled muscle, the body has many of them. You could have even tore a muscle which can take weeks to months to heal. I would rest until the pain goes away before starting it again. When you do go back to the dvd make sure you do your own streching because I feel her 2 minute warm up stretch isnt enough especially if you have not worked out in a long time.
I hope you feel better and recover quickly!0 -
I've had something similar a few months ago (for me it was on my right side, but description fits). It took about 3-4days for it to get better for me and then it simply went away. I'm on board with the other post here: give it another 2 days of "rest" and if not even a little better, go see your doctor (better safe than sorry).0

I had the same exact pain as you when I was towards the end of the 30DS. It went away after about a week of resting it, so hopefully yours does too!0
