    I'm here to tell you that you were BEAUTIFUL before you lost weight and you are beautiful now. I'm sure you feel much more confident and healthy though.

    Great job!! Fabulous hard work.

    And PS - I look forward to a lower 5k time like that!! I'm at 33 -ish mins now...we're the same height, so that makes it even more exciting!!

    you look fantastic! but can you tell a little more of how you lost your weight, i relize you run, but did you just start by logging your food on here and follow the allowed calories? i need help so anything will help
