      And PS - I look forward to a lower 5k time like that!! I'm at 33 -ish mins now...we're the same height, so that makes it even more exciting!!

      you look fantastic! but can you tell a little more of how you lost your weight, i relize you run, but did you just start by logging your food on here and follow the allowed calories? i need help so anything will help
