What do you mix in tuna fish? How do you like to use it in your meals? (I have been making tuna salad with low fat mayo, pickle relish, and celery)

I used to mix in mayo and relish, but that's changed.
I like it best when I use it in wraps. Flax seed wrap, romaine, and some onion-chive cream cheese. It's heavenly.
Or on my quinoa (sp?) pasta with a little Parmesan cheese. Really tasty stuff!0 -
I put a can of tuna on my salad and just let it mix in with some lite balsalmic vinegrette...it make a salad so much better0

Love tuna! So much protein. I make curried tuna salad: mix a can of tuna with 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (perfect mayo substitute), 1 stalk chopped celery, 1/2 cup halved red grapes, 1/4 cup chopped red pepper, 1 tsp curry powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala (optional), then sprinkle with scallions and serve over greens. Also very good with toasted chopped walnuts or pecans.0

I eat it with wild rice.I then mix them with lemon juice, olive oil and avocado(not to much, just to get my daily fat intake).0
