    Girl please!!! You can totally tell the difference!! You look GREAT!! :happy: I think sometimes when we're so used to being overweight for so long, when we actually DO lose the weight, our minds take awhile to catch up to our bodies so we still have the "fat" mindset. :ohwell: Lose that way of thinking and SMILE, u have done an AWESOME job!     I know what you mean when you say you can't believe you were THAT big. I feel the same way! When I was around 190, I knew I was chubby, but I had NOOOO IDEA how big I was! I'm SHOCKED when I see the before photos of myself...I cannot believe how clueless/in denial I was! :O

    wow you look Amazing ! :) I know how you use to feel b/c I weigh 260 now and it suck! But I use to be 293 and I still don't see any difference . That the reason I Join MFP b/c I been Stuck with 260 for a while already. Keep up the Good Job!!
