What is a bulgur and where would I find it?0

Tabbouleh - delicious - I use Quinoa instead of the Bulgur, and add a little red onion, and substitute zucchini chopped instead of the cucumber.
And Leiki bulgur is ready cooked wheat grain. Whereas Quinoa is a seed from South America and is high in protein.0 -
