I just did the math for the remaining days of the challenge so I could pace myself. I need to walk 2.9 mi/day to make my 75 miles--since I started 8 days late

Found another spinning class to go to, so excited.
Run/walk - 75 - 4.38 = 70.2 miles left.. I better get moving. I need to do about 4 miles per day (Sunday is rest day) I might make it.
Spinning - 150 - 10 = 140 This one won't be a problem. I average 20 a week and soon to average 40.
