I don't mean to be an irritation, but could someone explain what a shred is?0

It's a DVD workout by Jillian Michaels. It's a tough workout if you are a beginner. It's three levels with each level being 10 days. I finished level 2 day 3 today. It will definitely get you in shape!!0

the 30 day shred is a jillian michaels workout dvd.....the workouts are usually 20mins and there are three levels...so some ppl do 10days on each level or mix around the workout from the different levels. u can get the dvd from walmart for like 10bucks and you can also see some of it on youtube.0
