Feeling Hungry

Hi I am an aerobics instructor so I spend a lot of time in the gym which means I burn a fair amount of calories. I write down the work I do and eat accordingly to make sure I stay within my limits. However, the last few days my numbers have been going into the red zone so I am eating too much but I am still feeling hungry? Does anybody have any insight?
Thanks
Thanks

Do you use a HRM? Maybe you're burning more than you eat, therefore your body is demanding you eat more. Just a guess.0
