    YUM!!!

I love ice cream , but do not have an ice cream maker.

Good reason to go get one.

    Thanks.

Ahhh. Would love to try this, but I too lack an ice cream maker... and those I know with them, have all told me their varying brands worked poorly... Makes it hard to go buy one.

Ok, I tried to make some last night but my ice cream maker didn't freeze in time so I had it today.

I only had 1% milk which she doesn't recommend so I added 2oz of full fat vanilla yogurt in place of some of the milk and things turned out well.

Chocolate - Peanut Butter Protein Ice Cream:
    3/4 cup 1% milk
1/4 cup full fat vanilla yogurt
2 scoops Muscle Milk Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (I get it from Costco)
    4T PB2 Chocolate

2 servings, each serving is 244 calories, 35g protein, 17g carbs, 5g fat

Very Tasty! Much more enjoyable than drinking a plain protein shake or eating plain PB2 like I normally do, and with summer coming, I can see me stockpiling this stuff in the freezer!

So it wasn't as good as eating a Reeses Peanut Butter cup, but it was reminiscent of it, and certainly much better for me! I gave my 2 year old a taste and she said "more chocolate please", so I think she approved!

    Hopefully my picture works...

I love ice cream so much. If I can find an ice cream maker I would love to make some of this...
