30 Day Water Challenge!!

Alright guys, who hear will be honest and tell me that they're not drinking as much water as they should?
I am a strong believer that water is the key to weight loss...and a lot of the time, its true!
So.. I'm going to start a challenge. Anyone who wants to join, send me a message or post here.
I'll create a plan based on your average day to help you drink way more water than you do now...
All you have to do is follow that plan for thirty days (if you miss a day, don't worry, you can just make it up afterwards) and then come back here and post your results.
I'll stay committed if you do. I'll be available to answer questions and change your plans.. give advice and all..
I went from hating water to living off it.

-Burn More Fat And Build More Muscle
-Get Healthy Skin
-Flush Toxins
-Reduce Your Risk Of Heart Attack
-Cushion And Lube Your Joints And Muscles
-Get Energized And Be Alert
-Stay Regular
-Reduce Your Risk Of Disease And Infection
-Regulate Your Body Temperature
-Get Well

I'm in! I've been working really hard to cut down sodas and tea and drink more water. This will challenge me:-)0

I pretty much live off water, save every once in awhile when I'll have a juice or a soda. But this sounds interesting. I'd love to try it. ))0

If you want to start the challenge, Just send me a message with a quick outline of your day..
I'll give mine for an example..
6am - Leave for work
8am - start work
1pm - lunch
5pm - finish work
6:30pm - get home
11pm - bed

6am -workout - bootcamp
7:30am - eat breakfast / post workout meal
8am - start work
10am - morning snack
11:30 - lunch
1:00pm afternoon snack
3:00 pm afternoon snack
5:30pm get home
6:30 Dinner
8:00 evening snack0 -
