Keep or return...what would you do?

I ordered a pair of jeans online, thought maybe after losing 12 pounds they might fit. I have a super hard time finding jeans, I have a very round booty and it never fails, to fit that and the hips the waist is usually to big. I ordered a pair of Silvers that were on sale and of course they are a no-go. They are a skinny/straight fit, I can get them on as they have a bit of stretch to them, but not up. After having my two kids and struggling with my weight I have always been bad for grabbing a deal, even if it didn't fit quite right, always thinking maybe if I just lose 5 lbs they would fit better. I finally cleared out my closet last year thinking that I would never see single digits again, but I'm really dedicated and seeing weight coming off is definitely helping. So my question to you is this, do I keep them, use them as a goal piece of clothing, maybe even take a photo in them every couple of weeks to see how things are progressing, or return them and wait until more weight has come off?

I would keep them and use them as motivation but not buy any more till I know I can get into the one bought. The pictures of the progress is a great way to stay on track.

I'm having the same issue too. Just ordered a bunch of shorts online, and of course they're too small. Sigh.

    Keep or return?!

I think they make great motivators. I'd say keep them but definitely don't buy any more until you've reached that goal.

This! I occasionally try on my old small clothes. It keeps me motivated :)
