    Its been a up and down week for me, been fighting (and losing) cravings but have been managing the exercise to lose 2lbs this week. Just passed 3/4 of my overall weight goal loss and I'm 6kg/14lbs away from a healthy BMI... I'll be counting them down one by one until I get there.

    NAILED IT!!!!! Weighed in today at 238.5. That's a ten pound weight loss and my goal was 9.94 pounds. Wonder how far I can go? Another five? Maybe. . . . . Let's see what happens. Talk about MOTIVATION!!!

    This weekend has had my grandparent's wedding anniversary, mine and my sis's birthday (well, that's today) and my Uncle's birthday (tomorrow) celebrations so been lots of cakes and sweet foods about. I'm guessing that's why the gain although I was being careful not to eat over my cal count. Trying to remind myself 1 bad weekend is not a total disaster and the end of everything.

    And well done pslinger for getting there already!

    Mandamommy I noticed your numbers seemed a bit off so wanted to point it out to you so you can be happier about how close you are getting to your 4% :)

    The formula is:
    (Start Weight - Current Weight) x 100 then divided by your starting weight.

    So: Week 1 should look more like: {(198.2-197.3)x100}/198.2 = .45% total so far
    And your week 2 should look more like:{(198.2-195.8)x100]/198.2= 1.21% total so far

    At least that's how I understood it from the OP. Hope it helps?
