When are people going to realize that putting yourself in DANGER is not a better way to lose weight than slowly and steadily in a HEALTHY way?!?! This is just batsh!t freaking crazy!!!

    I saw that this morning too!! CRAZY :noway: What amazes me is people pay thousand (forgot what price they said it cost) but I know it was in the thousands, for this to be done. It is much cheaper and MUCH HEALTHIER to just eat clean and exercise! That lady did this to lose 10 lbs, that is Stupid!! 800 calories and a feeding tube, that is just what they do to keep someone alive!~

    I was so shocked when I read about it this morning. Its crazy and really why would you want to face those side effects and put yourself in danger. Besides i would never do something like that its quick and easy. I want to actually feel proud of all the hard work, sweat and tears that came with my weight loss!

    Unreal!! I also read about this on Yahoo this morning. Besides it being totally unhealthy and expensive, why would you want to walk around with a tube up your nose for 10 days prior to your wedding?!? Gross!

    This smacks in the face of those that truly need a feeding tube due to physical illness or disease.

    One woman had a T-Shirt made up that said I"m Not Sick, I'm Dieting.

    IMO, a person must be somewhat mentally ill to go to such a drastic, unhealthy, dangerous level in order to lose a quick 10 pounds.
